Bhatiary's ship-scrap market is economically vital yet architecturally neglected-300 shops and 1,000+ workers operate with no zoning, safety, or civic infrastructure.This project responds to that imbalance, proposing architecture that recognizes the sector's true economic weight, turning fragmented roadside trade into the structured commercial hub.
