The " Spine "
This project reimagines transportation infrastructure as a continuous living system, where movement, dwelling, and landscape merge into a single spatial experience. Rather than connecting destinations, it creates new ways of inhabiting the journey itself.
Project Media
Visualization of the Spine through major cities
Introductory panel visually communicate the idea of the architectural fragments that the structure (Spine) is creating in both bigger scale (cities) but also smaller one by the structure and how it is getting adjusted to the existing environment without imposing the architecture there but create a coherent result.
Manchester's panel
On that panel as Manchester was the starting point for the journey of the Spine, we get a more into depth look on the details and the design logic behind the proposed infrastructure, from small rendered moments, to structural supports but also fragments of it.
Camaioni's Panels
Camaioni was the second major station-node for the Spine coming in contrast with the busy and more industrial fabric environment of Manchester showcasing how the structure is flexible to change and get adjusted to the landscape and the existing environment of the town we are getting through with the help of architectural drawings and diagrams.
