"TOP-OF-ART'sy" is a 3D Modeling, Exhibition Design, Urban Design, Concept Architecture project showcased on uni.xyz.

The whole complex of the Opera House is filled with social functions such as museum, theatre, cafe and digital exhibition hall. Following the axles, newly created island works as a public space for the whole area. The bridges that circulate around the complex and the island create an integrated social form.
