There is a lot of focus on the urban design of this project. However, further consideration to how some of the design gestures of the building address these interventions would be beneficial. Note the paths across the river (look like bridges) lead to an undefined space in half the cases so that could be better resolved – conveniently not shown in the renders. Floor plan is well developed – somewhat generous and lots of glazing in the context of the other projects – not as minimal. Only one floor plan that gets repeated it seems. Level two and three are a steel structure and a precast reinforced concrete slab??? This should not be in a wood project. Not sure why this is here because spans seem completely manageable. Nice form and considered urban integration
