The broad urban concept is clearly understood, a hill, a crevice, to an inhabited underworld. What is not understood to me is the programming, and the SE quadrant, is it open/roofed?? Materiality? As with many entries, accessibility comes into consideration. How could this project support the idea of a new form of urban garden, sound, shadow, dampness, water. Work on delivery of clearer diagrams, then images that show intent with less reliance on words.
