With the constant rise of trash builds up in landfills, the use of autonomous vehicles and the population working in closer to work, the use of parking garages will no longer be needed in the future. This project is designed to re-use the structure of an existing parking garage and use it to house the modular homes.

Compact radial formations illustrate both a hybrid-form/ function to minimize the building footprint on the ground plane by using both High Density and Low-Density Micro- Towers. Modular basket like structures consist of various sized petal formations each consisting of a dense array of vertical farming spaces and shared elevated pocket parks.
