Wind Conduit - Reclaiming Modernity
The building is organized as a multi-tiered base for flooding and circulation, a mat infill of program and modules, and a roof that utilizes wind conduits and creates a civic presence. The base and wind conduits reach through the modules to perform passive cooling, while the modules serve as an adaptable structural framework.

The concept and the out come of the thought process is very much appreciated, and the presentation does justice to the design concept. but the disappointment is that you did not follow the building regulations, else would have had a good design, you must work within the guidelines which is a challenge, we would certainly like to give special mention to you.
