Home to thousands of ancient glaciers, Norway has a intimate history and culture with rivers and glaciers. Science has warned us about the impact climate change will have on our ice bergs and in turn will cause a rise in sea levels. As Norway loses its last glaciers and sea levels begin to rise, this institution for marine research, education, public space and housing will adapt to the changes of climate change in phases.
