Cosmic (Re)Connection: Unveiling New Architectural Narratives Through Cosmic Insights
I'm excited to share my architecture thesis book—an outcome of a year-long journey encompassing research, exploration, and design development. We are part of a greater whole—the universe—and a reflection of its order and harmony. Whether approached theologically, spiritually, or scientifically, the conclusion remains the same: we are made of cosmic matter—star stuff. From a theological perspective, humans reflect the divine, just as the divine is reflected in the universe. Spiritually, everything is interconnected; the cosmos and all life within it are part of one vast, unified system. Scientifically, the building blocks of life were forged in the cores of early stars. Thus, rebuilding our connection with the cosmos is not merely poetic—it is essential to understanding ourselves, who we are, and what we belong to. It is a fundamental component of our existence within a holistic whole. This project is, therefore, not a nostalgic attempt to restore a lost connection, but a call to create something new—to engage with mechanization and technology not as enemies but as tools for reconnection. It aims to create architecture that resonates with humans on a sublime level.
