L’Éclat de l’Art

This project celebrates Art Nouveau through a theatre dining experience, blending art with daily life. The design respects the sloped site with a stepped base supporting the theatre. Food is prepared as a live performance, merging art and dining. The open, elevated structure fosters community interaction with a dynamic ground floor for gatherings.

mise-en-scène

This project seeks an answer to the question of whether architecture can become a scene of art. This project is inspired by the cubism movement. It is a search of the potentials of cubism in the exhibition of art objects in architecture.

Art-ade

Impressionism is the style that formed the basis of this project. In my opinion, many features of this style are very close to architecture. Expression of forms, imbalance and dynamism of composition, richness of colors, play of light and shadow - these are the main bright features that attracted me in this style when creating this project.

Vienna Coffee House

la madriguera ( the burrow )

From the first caves, it took centuries to conquer the house’s privacy. Fresh courtyards, meandering accesses, accurate shadows. Today’s architecture has forgotten the importance of privacy and has succumbed to exhibitionism. “La madriguera” pretends to get the house back to its essence, claiming the importance of the introverted against the extroverted.

Art Deco Dream

The Lopez Serrano building is a representative work of Art Deco in Cuba. The project transforms it in a commercial place that promotes design products, tourism and provides the opportunity to consume them. The idea is to recreate an era that many people do not know and that others remember with the aim of attracting the client.

Great Gatsby Art Deco

Design project of the duplex apartment is done for a well-off married couple. The fireplace in pink marble is a focal point in the living room. The golden cage with a parrot behind Baker sofa (collection by Jean-Louis-Deniot) upholstered in velvet makes the room look exotic.
