75Institutional Excellence AwardFlower of the DesertChoosing arid climate and Following Biomimetic design, we came to across a plant that lives in the Namibia desert, Welwitschia which is extremely sustainable in Arid areas and lives about 1000 to 1500 years. The unusual form of this plant keeps the soil under the plant cool and moist. The thick leaves lay on the sand surface and prevent wind erosion aswell.

1Transport Hub Hyperloop The project presents a transport hub, which includes a new kind of transport – vacuum trains along with metro tracks, railway tracks, buses, and passenger cars. The vacuum transport Hyperloop concept operates by sending specially designed capsules or pods through a steel tube maintained at a partial vacuum.
