Commendable concept of children focused design but the project lacks in taking intoaccount all possible users and in terms of its biophilic design it does not porpose a real integration of nature into private and social spaces

It is interesting to have studied a mid-scale building which is probably more suitable to a biophilic idea and with the advantage of the hollowed shape giving direct benefits to the dwellings. It would benefit from more representation. Strong integration of Biophilic living principles which is more than a pretty garden, concepts such as the organic grocery store the active farming landscape, the excersise path etc show consideration for the circular benefits of a biophilic lifestyle

Very well thought off scheme that proposes a biophilic connection in various scales and situations managing to give the user a new habitation experience individually while highlighting the need for a more social-comunal experience of habitation all within a direct contact with nature. The proposal would have greatly benefited from a more developed and higher quality graphic presentation.

Great project however lacks flexibility of diagram.

The project does not manage to stablish a full concept that allows its full development. There is littel relation to site and community and aesthethically the proposal lacks a unifying concept and in detail solution

Concept is not flexible and floorplans are static in geometry.

The concepts are clear and very strong. however the quality of the apartments and a strong connection to biophilic living in terms of a wholistic lifestyle needs further consideration.

Biophilic design as a whole does not seem to be the driving concept of the proposal and sustainable -bioclimatic strategies are confused with it

Nice sculptural project that unfortunately does make the most of the competition's theme and has some issues in its resolution.

Porposal with potential as it engages well the social aspects of commmunity. But it lacks on the main issues such as specific biophilic design concepts and how they integrate and affect users as well as development of the residential unit itself
