4h-ageProject developed to house 1000 older adults. The rooms have a flexible layout, initially doubles, but can be changed to single or couple rooms. The building has three floors. The ground floor has a public activity, and the other two private rooms. The idea is to free the ground floor for green activities and area for new buildings.
13[UP]TownHome is a space that can be personalized, its boundaries can be redrawn, and it’s personal, flexible and reproducible over time. For that reason, this project aims to offer everybody who feels homeless a space where they can create their own home.

The client wants to live nearby the city of Amsterdam but in a surrounding with trees and nature. The home of the future is the home where we can stay in close contact with nature, with healthy building materials for human and the environment.
