The concept is cool but the parametric design seems to be an afterthought to reflect what was already built. It would have been cool to see you incorporate gear ratio or pivot placement.
No better way to show that this is production ready than to actually build it yourself!

Wild Atlantic Wellness Centre
The Wild Atlantic Wellness Centre is designed as a calming, human-centred environment that supports mental wellbeing through spatial experience, materiality, and connection to nature. The design brings together café, library, and therapy spaces to encourage movement, choice, social interaction, and quiet reflection.
Hair salon "Marina"
The aim of the project is to develop a vision of a hair salon under the sea. Every detail of the project is concentrated on the theme of the sea bottom. The main hero is central column which immitates falling water from the ceiling that represents the surface of the sea. The floor is realised with self-leveling underlayment that resembles sand effect.

This project has employed generative design method to generate thousands of alternatives for the dormitory building in a short time and to take advantage of computational design methods to approach the most efficient way to organize the container modules for the purpose of enhancing thquality of life on the basis of maximum area and received direct sunlight.

Open Space
In the project, an office was designed where companies and local residents can meet. The office also contributed structurally while creating a space for the continuation of the The EcoInnovation District Plan in Pittsburgh . The project was developed with feedback from a 10-year-old child whose parents worked on construction sites.

Heart of the Building The focus point is the light tower. Created of a glass material, which opacity can be controlled by the electrical system, provides Multiway of usage as an observation point, a glowing in the dark source of light or an inside projection screen.
I think you need to think on a different scale for this brief and this site - the design looks a little lost on the site, the various articulations are only understandable in theory. Plus, the image is important : try to make it look like a place of learning and thought - this still has an administration building look.
Poor architectural resolution of the facades, that seems to be disconnected to the city, the site or the ambitions of the project. Proposal also does not address the internal spatial experience of the visitor.
