The world has been flooded, wiping out most of the earth's population. The water levels rise and lower at drastic rates making the land inhabitable. Safety was found in the city of Manhattan on the upper levels of the tallest skyscrapers. With the use of bridges and space technology, it is up to the surviving community to commence a new era.

Think about the trade network of India, and you can picture the endless National Highways, the paddy fields dotted along its sides and the multicolored inter state trucks - parked when the sun is up and darting across as the lights go down. The design of a rest stop for about 100 truck drivers for the purpose of quick pitstops - an oasis of tranquility.
