Hello Chris, If exterior observation areas and amphitheatres have permanent built-up on the ground they will be considered in the ground coverage or else in the total area (6854sqm) of the site.
Hello, The height limit for this intervention is 9 meters. You may provide ground plus two floors, but it isn't mandatory - you can choose to use the 9-meter height however on the basis of your design concept.
Hi, for this competition gathering spaces would refer to spaces where the users can come together for a particular activity (contest, performance, showcase, announcement etc). Interactive spaces can be from anything to small spaces of interaction anywhere in the intervention or a spacce for exhibits/workshops, and common spaces can be interpreted as where an individual or a group can engage in any kind of activity/recreation they wish to. It isn't mandatory to assign separate areas for these spaces, one can merge or spread areas as per the design concept.

Does the “Height limit: G+2 or 6 metres” mean ground plus two floors or 6 meters, whichever is less?
