Coalesce

Hello, from the uploaded Sketchup file I can see that there is a remodel already in place for the construction and the staircase of the building. Are we allowed to change this staircase as well as place an elevator for the accessibility of the building? Or should we stick strictly to this layout? Also can we remodel the stairs to the facade and/or add extensions outside of the building?
