Andreas Schüring
Founder, ANDREAS SCHÜRING ARCHITEKTEN BDA, Germany
Vita Born in 1978. After training as a building materials merchant, he studied architecture from 2002 to 2010 at the münster school of architecture (msa). During his studies he was a tutor at the Chair of Building Construction and Design under Professor Herbert Bühler. In 2008, Andreas Schüring was a founding member of the studio zauberscho(e)n together with Mathias Horstmann and Stephan Weber. ANDREAS SCHÜRING ARCHITEKTEN BDA was founded in 2011. From 2013 to 2016 he was a assistant professor at the Department of Building Construction at the TU Dortmund under Professors Ansgar Schulz and Benedikt Schulz. Since 2016 he has been teaching at the münster school of architecture (msa). Since 2018 he has been a member of the BDA and the AKJAA.

has won Prizes in ideas contests and architectural blueprints at an International, National and Provincial level. lighlights the second prize in the national project competition for the Argentine pavilion at the Venice 2020 international exhibition "how we will live together" the First Prize of the National Ideas Competition for the building of the Virtual Campus of the UNC (2017) the first prize in the National Housing Contest Villa Olímpica Buenos Aires 2018 and the first prize in the international competition Municipal Library of Campana Buenos Aires (2012)

Graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of Córdoba (FAUD-UNC) in 2005. Master degree in Design of Innovative Processes from de Catholic University of Córdoba (FA-UCC). Founder partner of Deriva taller de arquitectura, firm based in Córdofba, Argentina since 2015. The architecture studio is dedicated to developing projects ranging from the architectural scale to the urban scale.
Associate Professor at the Faculty of Architecture of Córdoba (FAUD-UNC) from 2014. Assistant Professor at Faculty of Architecture (FA-UCC) from 2012. Career Coordinator of Introductory course at the Faculty of Architecture of Córdoba (FAUD-UNC) in 2015. Coordinator of different national and international workshops, including "Territories in movement: Landscapes, architectures and infrastructures" (FAUD-UNC 2012) and "Project Experiences" (FAUD-UNC 2014) Member of different research teams.
He has obtained important prizes in different national architectural competitions, standing out the First Prize of the National Ideas Competition for the building of the Virtual Campus of the UNC (2017)
