During his studies he was a tutor at the Chair of Building Construction and Design under Professor Herbert Bühler. In 2008, Andreas Schüring was a founding member of the studio zauberscho(e)n together with Mathias Horstmann and Stephan Weber. ANDREAS SCHÜRING ARCHITEKTEN BDA was founded in 2011. From 2013 to 2016 he was a assistant professor at the Department of Building Construction at the TU Dortmund under Professors Ansgar Schulz and Benedikt Schulz. Since 2016 he has been teaching at the münster school of architecture (msa). Since 2018 he has been a member of the BDA and the AKJAA.
