Kazumasa Takada

Kazumasa Takada (MArch, Architect MAA) and Yuriko Yagi (MArch, Architect MAA) are co-founder and lead architects of architectural design studio PAN- PROJECTS based in London & Copenhagen. Since co-founded in 2017 in Copenhagen, the duo has been actively engaging international projects developed based on multi-cultural inspirations. They dedicate their creation to celebrate the diversity of our living world, by conceiving architecture as an art of social fabrication. Their projects often play with multi-cultural inspirations to develop a new value for society. Paper Pavilion they designed for Copenhagen Art Fair is one of the examples when they combined Danish playful sustainable design philosophy with Japanese building traditions in order to expand a new sustainable design methodology. Their projects have been exhibited worldwide: recent exhibitions include Under-35 Architect Exhibition 2019 (2019, JP), 3 Days of Design (2019, DK), “We’re Renovating!” at Museum of architecture and Design – MAO (2019, SI) and Biennale Interieur (2018, BE).
Yuriko Yagi

Peter Anderson
Principal, Anderson Anderson Architecture, United States
Peter Anderson has an undergraduate education in foreign languages and international studies, and received his graduate education in architecture and advanced visual studies from Harvard University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He has worked in the construction industry in the United States, France, Italy and Japan, and has a particular interest in international commerce and cultural exchange related to architecture, construction technology, and prefabricated timber building systems. He is a Principal at Anderson Anderson Architecture, where he has led design and construction projects in many areas of the United States and in Asia. He has frequently been invited to speak at universities and at international architecture and building construction conferences in the US, Asia and Europe. His work has received numerous competition prizes and design honors, and has been widely published and exhibited in The US, Asia and Europe. He is a Professor of Architecture at California College of the Arts, in San Francisco. He has been a guest faculty member and lecturer at numerous universities, including UC Berkeley; The University of Hawaii; Chinese University, Hong Kong; Tongji University, Shanghai; National University of Singapore; Tamkang University, Taipei; SCIArc, Los Angeles; International Laboratory for Architecture and Urban Design (ILAUD), Venice, Italy; Krakow Polytechnic, Poland; Politechnico di Torino, Italy; and Northwest Polytechnic, Xi’an, China.
Shi Chieh Lu
Director, CJ STUDIO, Taiwan
Graduating from Architecture Department of Tung-Hai University and Architectural Association in London. Engaged in the research and development of architectural and interior design, furniture design as well as product design. Used to teach in the Graduate Institute of Architecture, NCTU, architecture departments of Tung-Hai, Shih-Chien and Ming-Chuan Universities. Writings including Forging Parallax, 2003, Space Design Thinking, 2015, Registration Form, 2015. Shi-Chieh Lu regards architecture and design as social events not simply as a creation of art. In other words, it is an entrance to the world as well as an endless discovery. Major projects are the United Hotel (selected as a member of “Design Hotels”, a well-known international hotel chain.), The DOUCHANGLEE Concept Store in Tiger City, Taichung (JCD Design Award 2005), the Aesop Store in Breeze Center (JCD design Award 2006, IFI 2007 Gold Award), the “Residence of Tsai” project (TID 2007 Gold Award). He was selected from 5 talented designers and reported in a special edition to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the US magazine “Interior Design“.
