Its 10-level complex, spanning 31,200 sqm, boasts a modern façade blending glass, steel, and concrete. With communal amenities and convenient access to lifestyle offerings, it redefines urban living in Singapore.
166URBAN ITINERARY = SOCIO-CULTURAL CENTERThe project is located inside an old and shabby Muslim farm at the foot of Castle Nogalte-Spain. This is the historic district that is socially and physically isolated from the castle and the rest of town, inhabited by gypsy families. The aim of the intervention is to integrate the "gypsy population" socially and physically with their environment.
