Hi, about the "A modern winery design" competition, the instruction says maximum FAR is 1, while the site area is 28778 sqm and ground coverage is 10%, does it mean the upper limit of the total floor area is 28778 sqm, or the limit should be 2877.8 sqm? look forward to your answser
