Greetings, I have a question regarding the capacity of the stadium. Do we need to exactly specify and calculate the gross capacity of our venue, or is the given capacity of 30.000 seats just a reference for the overall size of the stadium. If the final capacity has to be exactly specified, I would like to know if there is a minimum / maximum interval of the final gross capacity, since it's kinda hard to design an entire stadium bowl and poke exactly the capacity of approximately 30.000 seats. In other words, I would like to know if we are allowed to have a design error of at least ±2.000 seats with respect to the required capacity of 30.000 seats, as there are other parameters and structural corrections that some of us might take into account during the design process, which might influence the final seated capacity slightly? Thanks in advance!
given the few registrations so far and being about a month away from submission deadline, can that date be extended a month or so?
