Silvio Todeschi (1968) is an Architect graduated at the School of Architecture of UFMG (Belo Horizonte, Brazil, 1992). Specialist in architecture of metallic structures at the Izabela Hendrix Faculty in Belo Horizonte. Establishing his own practice in 1992. He has been collaborating with BCMF Arquitetos since 2005, becoming a partner in 2009. Among the main projects of the studio, the Deodoro Sports Complex, built for the Rio 2007 Pan American Games and for the 2016 Olympics, has received high international recognition, triggering unique work opportunities in the sports field for the practice. In 2009 BCMF Arquitetos was selected by the COB (Brazilian Organizing Committee) to develop most of the concept studies for the winning Rio 2016 Olympic Games Candidature. In 2010 the studio was commissioned by the Minas Arena Consortium to carry out the renovation of the Mineirão Stadium, in Belo Horizonte, one of the selected venues for the 2014 FIFA World Cup and the first stadium in Brazil to receive LEED Platinum certification. BCMF is the first Brazilian architectural practice to participate in the planning of all three major mega-events. In 2014 BCMF Arquitetos was listed by FAST COMPANY as one of the top ten most innovative companies in South America, and in 2016 BCMF designed and delivered the new GOOGLE Headquarters in Belo Horizonte, MG.

Guillermo Reynes

uillermo Reynés graduated in architecture from the University of Navarra, and later began his professional career collaborating in several internationally renowned architecture studios, such as the Carlos Ferrater studio in Barcelona and the Dutch MVRDV studio in Rotterdam. In 2008 GRAS won the international competition for the new Ecocity in Montecorvo (Logroño, Spain). A highlight for GRAS Reynés Architecture Studio that gave international attention to the firm. In 2016, the studio was invited to participate in the “Time, Space, Existence” exhibition at the 15th Venice Biennale of Architecture. Recently, in 2018, Guillermo was awarded with the 40 UNDER 40 Europe Design Award, being considered as one of the 40 best emerging architects in Europe. Another important aspect in the professional development of Guillermo Reynés is his career as a lecturer at numerous institutions such as the CEU University of Valencia, the IAAC (Institute of Advanced Architecture of Barcelona) and the Architecture League in New York, among others.
