24WinnerFashion-HubThe new fashion-hub is located on the outskirts of Milan and is based on an irregular hexagon. The volume is following the road layout, but is otherwise very independent on the site. The three excessive volumes in the form of triangles give the building a striking shape and make it stand out clearly from the suburban area.
26People's Choice AwardThe Heart of MilanoMilano marks the beginning of the world by allowing people to create their own style in a society that values individuality and leads fashion culture. We present 'The H.E.art of Milano', which will be the center of Milano's new slow fashion culture.
3FUNGUSConventional culture has brought threating images in the living society along with unimaginable damage to the unseen, the hidden and slow factors of nature. “Fungus” reflects an idea of regenerative and inclusive movement progressing for biodiversity, social sustainability and ethical fashion in the contemporary practice for a sound sustainable future.
0InterweavingOur proposal suggest to create a multifunctional center, that through it’s content explore the issue deeper. Complex consist of 5 blocks: educational, general, runway show, shopping, museum. Individual blocks strive to preserve the morphotype of the place, to create a permeable environment.
2MILAN CROSSOVERIn exchange for the convenience of fast fashion, we have lost the sense of "clothing as culture". Our proposed fashion Hub is designed around Material Library that collects clothing from material level to second-hand clothing, and through the sequence of remaking clothes, the entirety of activities relating to fashion can regain its importance and awareness.
3Vector HubThe project offers numerous spaces dedicated to local fashion producers, thus encouraging responsible consumption and education in this direction of sustainability. Its main role is to open a dialogue between representatives of the fashion industry and the public.
1Slow and Save We need to learn about how bad fast fashion is to environment. This place would make people aware about fast fashion with exhibiton. And they could practice to recycle fabric and explore secondhand market. The place would be the recyling fashion hub in Milan. Not only new fashion but also old fashion could be the mainstream of the fashion.
