MASS TIMBER VERTICAL STACKING PLAZAS +GARAGE

This proposal aims to rethink contemporary parking garages in a more sustainable and interesting way. Making this mass+ timber tower 12 stories high allows a generous volume to be designated to urban plazas. Similarly to the parking, those plazas stack on top of each other and are arrived by circulating ramps for both pedestrians and bikers.

The design of VERTI-PARK intervenes the combination the three important facets the New Yorkers ask for; Parking, Sports and Green Spaces. Thus VERTI-PARK provides a combination of activities where every New Yorker can park his car and also come to enjoy the sports, sit or walk in the greens and lead a healthy life style.

Redefine people's life from being imprisoned by crowded and bulky towers that affect their mental health daily to a more comfortable and environmentally friendly life by light weight VERTICAL PARKS .

Parking lot in Reef Residence Sochi

Underground parking lot for 57 cars is implemented as part of a closed residential complex located on the Black Sea Rivera in Sochi. The goal was to transform parking space from simply functional item for the motorist into an attractive place for people who have moved away from the bustle of the city. Architects have tried to create a relaxing atmosphere.

In New York, parking lots are one of the most important parts of the city. In this project, the parking lot will no longer be a lonely space. The city wave parking tower will unfold its veil to invite people to enter. Not only for the convenience of parking but also enjoy the unique deep-diving swimming pool in New York.

Reverse Park

Reverse Park is a car park that pushes drivers to deconstruct their cars instead of parking them. Materials gained from deconstruction are used to create furniture and objects to improve social infrastructure for city residents. In return for this process users contribute towards a greener city and are rewarded with free use of public transport systems.
