Mira Developments announces an open competition for the pre-concept design of Mira Coral Bay in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, the world’s first luxury waterfront community developed in collaboration with over ten globally renowned fashion and lifestyle brands.Mira Coral Bay masterplan was developed by Marco Casamonti & Partners / Archea Associati, a studio with over 200 architectural works worldwide, including the Antinori Winery in Italy, the Li Ling World Ceramic Art City in China, and the Alban Tower in Albania.What will you design?
- Four residential buildings and a cluster of townhouses.
Who can participate?
- Architects proficient in Russian and English with experience in designing similar projects, with a minimum of 2 being completed or under-construction.
Prizes:
- All 20 finalists who submit their projects will receive guaranteed financial compensation
- 5 winners will contribute to the actual development.
