Beverly Grove Residence by Assembledge+
Beverly Grove Residence by Assembledge+ blends modern luxury, sustainable design, and indoor-outdoor living with cedar, Extira panels, and panoramic Los Angeles views.
Modern Luxury in the Hollywood Hills
Nestled within the lush landscape of the Hollywood Hills, the Beverly Grove Residence by Assembledge+ exemplifies modern luxury through its refined geometries, material sophistication, and seamless indoor-outdoor living. Completed in 2022, this two-story home balances aesthetic elegance with sustainable design practices, creating a serene yet functional environment.

Architectural Design and Materiality
The home’s architecture is defined by a harmonious contrast of textures and materials. A horizontal band divides the structure into two distinct volumes:
- Lower Level: Lightly painted Extira panels anchor the residence, grounding it in its natural surroundings.
- Upper Level: Western Red Cedar siding adds warmth, color, and a connection to the surrounding landscape.
Accentuated by a black fascia and metal reveals, the roof appears buoyant, enhancing the architectural composition while emphasizing a subtle material contrast.

Indoor-Outdoor Living and Entertainment
The lower floor opens seamlessly to a pool deck, extending the living spaces outdoors and creating a versatile entertainment zone with sweeping views of downtown Los Angeles. Expansive windows and glass doors blur the boundary between interior and exterior, emphasizing a connection with nature.
Inside, custom cabinetry by Henrybuilt, including an integrated kitchen, exudes refinement, functional sophistication, and premium craftsmanship. An oak staircase with painted steel railings leads to the upper floor, where double-height windows flood the space with natural light. The primary suite and guest rooms extend to a south-facing deck, inviting residents to enjoy the panoramic vistas.

Sustainability and Eco-Conscious Design
Assembledge+ integrated sustainable strategies throughout the residence, including:
- Use of FSC-certified wood
- Installation of a solar photovoltaic system
- Operable windows for personalized climate control
- Xeriscape drought-tolerant landscaping
These features demonstrate a commitment to environmentally responsible design without compromising on luxury or aesthetic quality.
