Hannah Villa by Eade Va Ejra: Architectural Concept and Design

Family-Centric Design with Two Villas Merged into One

Located in the dense, fast-growing suburb of Hashtgerd, near Tehran, the project faced challenges in terms of limited space and high surrounding construction density. Instead of separating the two villas across the 650-square-meter plots, Eade Va Ejra combined them, creating a cohesive, open space that emphasizes greenery and tranquility. This merge helps foster a better connection between family members while ensuring a peaceful escape from Tehran's urban intensity.
