Khang’s House by The Bloom: A Modern Eco-Friendly Family Residence in Bảo Lộc, Vietnam
Khang’s House by The Bloom is a modern, eco-friendly family home in Vietnam, blending natural light, greenery, open spaces, and comfort.
Khang’s House, designed by The Bloom, is a stunning modern residence that perfectly blends contemporary architecture with nature. Created for a multigenerational family comprising a grandmother, parents, and two children, the house spans 592 m² and embodies a harmonious balance between comfort, aesthetics, and eco-friendly living.

Modern Design Emphasizing Nature and Comfort
The architecture of Khang’s House prioritizes a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. The façade features exposed brick walls with subtle gaps, creating an artistic interplay of light and air circulation. At night, strategic lighting highlights the brick gaps, producing a shimmering effect that transforms the exterior into a visual delight. A large circular window on the upper floor serves as both a design focal point and a source of natural light, connecting the interior with the surrounding environment.

Open-Concept Living Spaces
Inside, the living room opens directly to a lush garden through expansive glass doors. Wood dominates the interiors, providing warmth and an inviting atmosphere, while strategically placed greenery and natural light enhance the connection with nature. This eco-conscious design ensures a fresh and airy environment, ideal for family gatherings, relaxation, and daily activities.
The kitchen and dining area follow a similar open-concept approach. With a large kitchen island, functional furniture, and soft blue cabinets, the space balances modern elegance with practicality. Glass doors lead to a cozy outdoor garden, encouraging alfresco meals and seamless indoor-outdoor living. Natural materials, sunlight, and greenery are thoughtfully combined to cultivate a sense of tranquility and wellbeing.

Bedrooms Designed for Comfort and Personal Expression
The parents’ bedroom embraces minimalism, tranquility, and comfort. The circular window offers panoramic views, while neutral tones of white, brown, and gray create a calming atmosphere. Carefully curated furniture, including a single chair by the window, provides a private retreat for reading and relaxation.
The children’s bedrooms reflect energy and creativity. The girl’s bedroom, for example, features soft pink and white tones, a unique wooden circle for play or reading, arched doors, and striped wardrobe details, resulting in a joyful, functional space full of light and charm.

Outdoor Spaces for Relaxation and Nature
Both the front and backyards are abundant with greenery, stone pathways, and cozy seating areas, such as hanging chairs, which offer quiet spots for reading or relaxation. The landscaped gardens maximize the connection with nature, enhancing the home’s eco-friendly appeal and creating serene outdoor environments for family activities.

A Harmonious Blend of Architecture and Nature
Khang’s House is a testament to modern architecture integrated with nature, offering sustainable living without compromising on aesthetics or functionality. Every space, from the living areas to the bedrooms, prioritizes natural light, greenery, and open layouts, fostering a peaceful and comfortable environment for the family.
