Modern Tropical Architecture with a Unique Material Palette

The MDJ House stands out through its innovative use of wood and concrete, creating a façade that balances warmth and sophistication. The wooden accents introduce a natural, grounding element to the home, while the exposed concrete provides a bold, modern aesthetic. This material contrast not only defines its architectural identity but also enhances the overall tropical character of the house.

Functional Layout Across Three Levels

The house is carefully organized across three floors, ensuring both functionality and comfort:

  • First Floor: Dedicated to practicality, featuring a home office with abundant natural light, a welcoming guest room, and a garage for parking and storage.
  • Second Floor: The heart of the home, housing the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room is designed for relaxation with comfortable seating, a fireplace, and expansive windows. The dining area encourages social gatherings, while the modern kitchen combines functionality with elegance, equipped with premium appliances and ample counter space.
  • Third Floor: A private sanctuary with the master bedroom and luxurious bathroom. The bedroom opens up to serene views, offering a tranquil retreat, while the spa-inspired bathroom with a separate shower creates a rejuvenating atmosphere.
