Revolutionizing Spatial Design for Community Engagement

One of the most striking aspects of NOWSEE is its fluid spatial language. Positioned at a prominent street corner, the store integrates seamlessly with the surrounding urban fabric through its five interconnected facade blocks. These outward-facing volumes create an inviting transition from the bustling city into a calm, enriching interior. The design approach blurs the boundary between indoor and outdoor spaces, encouraging organic movement and interaction.

To enhance openness, the architects replaced the building’s original thick doors and windows with expansive floor-to-ceiling push-pull glazing. This transformation maximizes natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere that invites passersby to engage with the space. The interplay between the street-style layout and landscaped pedestrian pathways establishes a vibrant community hub where retail, relaxation, and cultural activities converge.
