Elevation and Views

The upper level of Shift House is home to the day area, which opens onto an elevated terrace. This space extends into an overflowing pool, strategically positioned to maximize the best sea views. Sunken Patio and Light-Filled Basement

To address the challenges of the site's topography, the architects introduced a sunken patio in the basement. Polished white concrete floors and travertine steps provide a sophisticated and timeless base, while the use of khaki-beige microcement in the bathrooms and kitchens creates a serene and refined ambiance.
