Occupying an entire city block at 459 Church Street, Industry Lanes spans 25,000 sqm and represents a significant shift towards environmentally responsible and community-focused urban development.

The concept behind the Industry Lanes Building is to provide a dynamic mix of agile work settings alongside 1,300 sqm of retail, dining, and drinking spaces. It caters to over 2,000 employees and embraces the wider community with its open and inclusive design. Architectus, in collaboration with Salta Properties and Abacus, has transformed a 5,200 sqm site into a commercial and lifestyle hub that promotes work-life balance, mindfulness, and social interaction.
