Spanning over 33,334 square meters, the project accommodates smart manufacturing industries, providing spaces for offices, commercial areas, hotels, and a state-of-the-art smart factory. This innovative design represents a new balance in industrial architecture, merging function with high-tech aesthetic appeal to create an iconic urban landmark.





Design Inspiration: The Electric Motor as a Symbol of Energy and Motion
Architectural Concept Rooted in Industry
The design draws inspiration from the electric motor, a vital element of manufacturing that converts electrical energy into kinetic energy. This concept is expressed throughout the campus, where Tederic employees’ collaborative work is likened to moving particles, continuously energizing the manufacturing process.
