Our design consists of one starshaped neighborhood with residential houses and additional services (community gardens, playground and park). One neighborhood fits the given site, but it can be multiplied in each side, so this concept can solve much larger area. In that scenario, a number of “stars” create a “constellation”.

Neighborhoods are connected with walkways and complete each other with public services. One neighborhood fits the given site, but it can be multiplied so this concept can solve much larger area.

Large neighborhood is made of 60 living units. It contains community gardens, public park, playground and central area for public content.
One smaller neighborhood unit
Modular system allows flexibility and adaptability: every house can be extended to the maximum of three bedrooms. Houses are organized around triangular community garden.

Our inspiration we found in traditional houses of Java. Considering the fact that the settlement is on the water we made a self-sustainable houses.
