The apart-hotel is designed to meet the requirements of the BREEAM green energy efficiency standard. The building includes 102 rooms (apartments and studios), and a full 5-star service system: a restaurant, food court, spas, a swimming pool, and sports facilities. On the plot there is a parking, an amphitheater, swimming pools, a park and bungalows.
