AQUATIC BEACON
As the Planet begins to warm, the worlds oceans are responsible for absorbing more than a third of the C02 in trapped in the Earths atmosphere, resulting in a rising acidity and an unbalanced PH level that detrimental to the oceans ecosystem. The Aquatic Beacon is a community of researchers developing new technologies that would filter the oceans waters.

This is a very attractive proposal for over water development. Community space larger than the one in the unit is not addressed properly and left only to the bridge area. The bedroom space is poorly designed.
