The presentation of the idea is very bare bone and lacks of any real engagement or oomph to drive the idea into a more exciting territory. Design-wise, the proposal fears to push the program to its full potential and lands on a basic design that does not portrait the brief and location values, with lackluster usage of open spaces and interaction among its users.
