Seems like a very basic solution! Though practical, I don't see how it chalenges the field of future cart retail in any way.
Nice drawings (especially the black & white ones). Not really sure if the surf board Is just there for branding. The sloping fabric roof needs to be reconsidered as whatever may fall on this will come straight down either onto the vendor or the customers. Retractable awnings may serve the cart better. The sink and drain board occupy too much space in the work area. Where are we getting the water supply from and how do we manage the waste water? A coffee shop will also need heating. How are we doing this? Could we have in-built electrical supply (batteries, solar?).
Lots of effort to be put into developing this model.
