Bir Damla Su is a park about water. A tower in the form of a drop of water is surrounded by a corona on the ground such as is formed when a water drop hits the water below, forming a landscape of earthen ripples that are occupiable and experiential.Across the Bosporus strait the 9-meter tall Maiden Tower stands as a marker to the East.

WaterCell Park

WaterCell Park comes as a regenerative intervention over one of Istanbul's most iconic neighbourhoods, the site being opened towards the sea, with a wide panoramic view towards two continents. The new proposal would offer an improved usage of space, with many benefits for the whole city through its water recycling features, and varied spaces to be explored.

A drop of fresh water in the ocean represents the world's shortage of drinking water. The monument consists of a pedestrian ramp under a canopy of glass. Inside it is an oasis that was created thanks to fresh water. Waterfalls and a fountain emphasize this.

The population of Istanbul is visually and physically separated from its fresh water resources. Urban landscapes and parks within the city can contribute to the harvesting of rainfall for re-use, where water hits the ground. Rain.forest demonstrates that a resilient and low water impact landscape can have cultural and ecological value, and is replicable.

We use the "4R" design concept for recycle, reuse, renew and recognize of water. Solar still can treat the seawater and treated water can be used as landscape water and irrigation and then re-enter the sea after use, which shows the water recycle.The three waterscape with swirling, still water and sculpture that expresses a new recognise of water.
