La Tunisie, et notamment Sfax, fait face à un afflux migratoire subsaharien important, générant des tensions sociales. Une intervention urgente s’impose. Nous proposons un refuge fonctionnel près du port, conçu avec des conteneurs, pour préserver la dignité des migrants et encourager le vivre-ensemble.
