An over development of the site. The charm is lost and the heritage too.
You probably haven’t fully understood the project and may not be familiar with the site. Take a look at the sections and the overall concept to understand how the different levels between the former railway site and the city have been connected, and how these urban spaces have been given back to the community. You might then realise that the scale is appropriate, that the surrounding area has been enhanced, and that the traces of the site’s past take on a symbolic meaning through the volumes of the project.
The scale of the project is inadecuate for the place in wich we are working.
