The presentation outlines a concept for a building shell but there is no detail beyond the photo-pastiche boards that describes the interior layout. There are descriptions of activities that the space can be used for but no description of how or why this space will harmonize with those activities and engage the public in the way asked for by the brief.
Strong graphical presentation. However, the juxtaposition between indoor and outdoor, described in the narrative, is not obviously apparent in the design development or final presentation.
