There is dearth of Urban Level Public Spaces in and around the Capital Region. Riverfront, the unique places where land and water meet, are a finite resource embodying the special history and character of each community.
RIVER YAMUNA
The Delhi stretch of River Yamuna is barely 22 kms. Increasing pollution load is deteriorating the water quality of River Yamuna. It is now imperative to identify viable remedial methods to clean the River Yamuna
SITE ANALYSIS
Building a footprint study of the East and West Bank along the river for the site precinct shows that the East Bank is more densely populated than the West Bank. And is in dire need of an open space that provides respite and a breathing lung space for the residents. the riverfront has a high potential open space available in the heart of the city.
SITE PLAN
Some strategies are designed and planed like filtration of River Yamuna by using Bio-filters, Developing Buffer zones which prevent flooding and other disturbing elements. Developing Chatt pooja ghat for performing Hindu rituals.
ADAPTIVE REUSE
At present the Thermal Power Station has an outer envelope building near the Ring Road. It is proposed to develop the front envelope building into the official complex (without dismantling it) by making the suitable changes within the envelope, while the rest of the buildings, semi-permanent structures etc., will be demolished.
INNOVATION CUM CULTURAL CENTER
The Innovation Center envisions to be one of it’s kind space, where innovation and resources \ come together, in Modi new Tech- India. Not only does this Centre aim to became an institute of open learning and possibilities, but also provides easy access to digital fabrication tools and materials.

Building skin : Using PHOTO-ETCHED PRECAST CONCRETE wall for deception Indian Culture on the walls and Using Bio climatic skin for Reducing heat load.
FOREST TRAILS AND VIEWS
The Project aims to seamlessly integrate the design intervention with nature. A series of interpretive trails were established to provide a variety of experience to the user.
