This concept needs more developed tests, in model and in laboratory, to understand the collaboration between the "fins" and the forces produced by the cyclones. So the project, should demonstrate this study with greater determination.

Very generic and sketchy./ Waste management & sanitation: Non-existant./ Ecological consideration: Not considered./ Flooding: Totally unrealistic./ Design Output [3/10] Structural clarity and feasibility: Unrealistic – or not explained. The text mentions “tought timber structure” but it is not indicated in the design. Presumably flexible in high wind conditions, byt only mentioned in the text./ Architectural quality: Very formalistic, unnecessary fins that would most likely add to wind velocity./ Presentation [3/10] Clarity and quality of images, detailing and overall layout: Poor./ Clarity of textual material, narratives, justification of design choices: Most of the text is disconnected from the design.
