To make the design responses to the sea, creates a sense of village or cluster so that people will be happy to explore every corner. Stacking the units in order to let each unit enjoy the seaview, and a vertical village is created to provide a good exploring experience.

A strong concept that when into the functional aspects of the brief missed on a few details.
thanks for you comment, I admit that the drawing(plan and section) is too conceptual to convince others, I think I can solve the problem, because the composition of the project is quite simple actually, kitchen space, slant elevator, toilet space can be allocated at the backside. Maybe the diagram is not clear enough, sorry
