Every chef’s creation has their own unique story of origin to be told. With the ever changing column grid, the building provides a large variety of atmospheres, ranging from seemingly cellular to apparently-open. Providing an exciting architecture for all types of dining experiences.

The project successfully allowed for a spatial connection and flexibility between many eateries. The design lacked consideration of the shared resources needed by the convergence of so many similar programs in one building.

The project aims to lay a harmounious and modern architecture in the gardent. The shape was inspired by a natural phenomenon: the emergence of a seed from the ground, which literally means that the seeds sprout and grow out of the ground, symbolizing new things appearing and vitality.
