THE TRANSFORMATION OF THE INDONESIAN CAPITAL WHEN THE CITY IS FLOODED, THE LIVES OF THE PEOPLE OF INDONESIA WILL BE RAPIDLY CHANGED. PEOPLE, ENVIRONMENT, UTILITIES WILL GRADUALLY DISAPPEAR IN THE FUTURE. WATER LEVELS WILL GRADUALLY INCREASE. PEOPLE WILL HAVE TO ADAPT EVERY 10 YEARS TO LIVE IN INDONESIA. THE INDONESIAN CITY OF JAKARTA WAS CONCEIVED

Interesting idea, rather different approach compare to others. If only it give more comprehensive presentation to wrap up the entire narrative to make it 'stronger'.
