Hydro Vulcan Transmutation

The Hydro Vulcan Transmutation aims to evolve a traditional lab by creating a mobile research lab as a hub that can implant itself onto a hydrothermal volcano, using the lava for thermal energy conversion to create electric power but also use internal magma to incinerate pollutants to repair our oceans.
