F.I.G(Float_In Gem)

Water flows, we follow. Rather than artificially blocking the water, we thought of a way to let it flow as it is. We made a new floor at a height of 2.5m to return a space in Arno, which is separate to the citizens. This floor is connected to the flow of the road to help expand the new space. This 'extension' is a roof for some and a floor for others.

ZIL Hustle Hub

Hustle Hub is a startup championing co-living, a residential spin on co-working. Instead of renting a desk in a shared office, you get a bedroom in a shared house and an instant community of like-minded roomies. Residents tend to work in creative and high-tech fields, so it is the best place to stay while building your startup.
